Prescription Refill Request
Please use the form below to request your prescription refill so that we may prepare the medication for you. Please allow 2 business days for order processing (we are open Monday – Thursday). Do not come to the clinic until you have received confirmation to pick up your order.
If we have not seen your pet in the past 12 months they will need a wellness appointment with an exam in order to be able to provide any medications. You can request a wellness appointment here on our website. In addition, many prescriptions require your pet to be examined before dispensing or re-filling to ensure that your pet is healthy enough to handle the potential side effects of some prescriptions and provides further confirmation that the medication is appropriate for your pet’s current condition. Heartworm prevention might require an updated heartworm test prior to dispensing. We will reach out if we are not able to fill the prescription without a wellness appointment.
During intake and discharge the lobby is closed as all staff is needed during those times. We recommend that you come between 9am and 3pm Monday to Thursday to pick up your prescription once you are notified it is ready.
IMPORTANT: Prescription Refills are not confirmed until you have received notification. A staff member will contact you by text or email and will send a payment request for the amount due for the prescription via email.
